About us

At Two Elephants we believe in the power of knowledge and insight to help organisations make positive decisions about their product and service offering as well as improving employee engagement and productivity.

Having worked with numerous online survey and loyalty platforms over 3 decades, the founders were tired of using over complex survey and loyalty tools that didn't deliver high usage, open or completion rates. 

 

And so Two Elephants was born.

 

Our survey and loyalty schemes are designed with the end user in mind. Beautiful interfaces which are quick and simple to use. What's more, the open and redemption rates we achieve are so much higher than traditional email requests as we use text, QR codes and links to engage and drive open rates.

Last but not least, our service is bespoke. We will help you design, build, test, launch and manage (where required) your survey or loyalty scheme, leaving you to get on with your day job.

Chris Penny

Chris has over 30 years experience working with top international brands and agencies delivering insight, branding, loyalty and marketing solutions. As the founder of the business, Chris is passionate about helping his clients deliver insight-led marketing solutions; both for employees and consumers.

Wendy Blanton

With senior digital marketing experience on both sides of the pond both as a business owner and digital consultant, Wendy understands the positive value and impact that the Two Elephants survey tool offers businesses. Wendy's expertise in digital and tech makes her an essential asset to the team.

Peter loves improving the customer experience. As the digital architect, he's been developing engaging digital experiences for nearly 20 years and loves a challenge.
